SH2: Cabinet access system
for swing handles
Online cabinet access control system. Controls two swing handles over the Web.
HWg-SH2 is a networked access control system that controls the front and rear doors of a cabinet. It can work independently with an autonomous lock, or over the Ethernet with the HWg-DCD software.
- Configuration and opening of doors over the Web
- A door contact for detecting the state of the door (open/closed) can be connected
- Digital input: An external lock (RFID or iButton lock) can be connected
- Detects entry with a key / forced entry
- Standalone operation - Door can be opened with: Key, local lock, WEB interface
- With DCD - Door can be opened with: SMS access code, DCD admin interface, LAN RFID terminal (e.g. located near the entrance to the room)

SH2 is typically used to control access to a rack in a data center. It is usually installed in hosting racks (collocation centers) or restricted-access racks.
